Getting support with RedRock software products is designed to be easy. If you have an issue with your software, make sure you check out the on-line help files or documentation provided with your product. In the case of FaxNow!, this includes context sensitive help by pointing at the relevant part of your FaxNow! screen and pressing the F1 key. The latest version of FaxNow! also includes on-line manuals which are available from the system tray icon. To qualify for e-mail or fax support you must first register your software with us.

FaxNow!, this allows for our highly trained technical staff to dial into
