Solution
To move the NetNow database from one drive to another.
- Locate the NetNow database directory, and copy the contents from the
C: to the new drive. By default it is installed into the C:\Program
Files\NetNow\database directory. Alternatively, check this registry
entry: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Redrock Technologies\NetNow!\DatabasePath
If this doesn't exist, the database folder gets installed to the Programs
Directory. Simply copy the contents of this directory to the target
drive and make a note of the full path
- Go to Regedit and locate the following entry:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Redrock Technologies\NetNow!\DatabasePath
If this key doesn't exist, you need to create it. Amend this entry to
point to the same directory as mentioned in option 1, so when you go
into that directory, you should see a directory called Database.
