Issue
How do you enable NetNow Event Logging, in order to provide technical log files for RedRock Technical Support.

Solution

  1. Go to Options->Server and click on the Logging tab.

  2. Enable Store Log in an external File, and enter a filename.

  3. Change the Logging method to Change Daily, to ensure we have precise log files.

  4. Enable the Detailed message description option.

  5. Reproduce the problem, then send the resulting files to the RedRock Support Team via e-mai
