Error : The configuration structure for this database is not....

Issue
When clicking on the NetNow icon the following message box may appear :-

"The configuration structure for this database in not supported. Do you want to delete it ?"

Solution
This message suggests that your NetNow database has become corrupt. To solve this you can either re-install NetNow with a NEW database, or restore the NetNow database from a backup, one that is not corrupt.
