This document describes how to install the CAPI driver for the Eicon Diva Server Bri Terminal Adapter under Windows 2000

Solution
Before installing the updated product version of the Eicon Diva software which contains the CAPI drivers, you must first install the standard version as per the Diva Release notes. The updated version can be downloaded from Eicon Technologies download site. Please follow the below steps to install and configure CAPI under Windows 2000!

Step 3.
Highlight the CAPI button, right mouse click on it and drag it over to the Adapter icon, when letting go of the mouse button you will find that a line has appeared between the CAPI and Adapter icons.

You have now configured CAPI for use with the Eicon Diva Server Bri Card, simply reboot your PC and configure FaxNow! to use CAPI as per knowledgebase document 000432.
