FaxNow! PhoneBook retains it’s enviable reputation for simplicity and reliability. FaxNow! PhoneBook is an independent but fully integrated application within FaxNow!.
All PhoneBook details and groups are instantly accessible when sending a fax.FaxNow! 5 incorporates "Search Ahead" which means as you are entering address data, FaxNow! is searching for a matching record in your default PhoneBook. FaxNow! users can also use the Find button to search phonebooks and select individual records, groups or an entire PhoneBook. Users can create and access unlimited PhoneBooks which can be available at a global, group or private level.
A PhoneBook record can incorporate addressing information as well as default information such as send method, where to save sent faxes to, billing code, retries and CSID checking.

Live Links to Outlook & WinFax PRO
FaxNow! 5 includes a feature called “Live Links” which enables a FaxNow! PhoneBook to access fax addresses from external sources including Microsoft Outlook, MAPI or WinFax PRO.

In addition, FaxNow! PhoneBook supports full import and export facilities so you can use contact information in other databases too.
