FaxNow! Client

FaxNow! client software is configured from the shared FaxNow! programs directory. When configured, it not only provides each user with a FaxNow! print driver, but provides access to Fax Manager in addition to FaxNow! Viewer and FaxNow! PhoneBook. FaxNow! client includes support for ICA Technology (Metaframe) and RGP (Microsoft Terminal Server).

Fax Manager provides an uncluttered user interface that enables each user to view faxes that have been received, sent and filed.

New folders can be created and faxed dragged from one folder to another. The contents of the selected folder is displayed in the list window. Users can define what information they want displayed in the list window, and in what order it should be displayed:

Save Copy to:
A copy of a sent fax can be saved to a folder automatically. The folder can be defined when sending a fax or within a recipients PhoneBook record.

Users can defined their own user preferences how they want to be notified of faxes and messages.
