RedRock's relationship with Dialogic Corporation began in 1997 with the release of FaxNow! version 3.0. RedRock optimised FaxNow! 3 for use with all Dialogic CP fax boards. Support for Dialogic fax boards enables FaxNow! users to fax high volumes of faxes and configure direct inbound routing on FaxNow! fax servers with up to 32 fax lines.

Dialogic fax boards are available in 1,2 and 4 line versions and 2 and 4 line versions for ISDN basic rate interface.
