RedRock appoints Keith Bull as Chairman

Redrock Technologies, one of the world's leading developers and publishers of fax and internet software, today announced the appointment to the board of Keith Bull as Chairman and non-executive director.

RedRock has established its world-wide brand within the fax, internet and messaging industry and has continued to grow consistently. The company now has ambitions to grow substantially over the next three years. Keith's primary role will be to advise the board of directors and explore the most appropriate route for the company to take in order to achieve such growth. The board of RedRock are currently exploring all options, from investment via a stock market flotation to the formation of strategic alliances with other organizations. Keith brings to the board extensive experience in this area - much of it gained in the IT sector.

Keith Bull was born and educated in South Africa and is both a Chartered Management Accountant and Chartered Secretary. After various accounting appointments he joined ICL where he worked for 15 years. He was involved in sales and marketing of computer systems in South Africa and the United Kingdom - before being appointed to Head of Marketing at ICL’s European Headquarters in Paris in 1977.

After leaving ICL in 1982, Keith founded Fletcher Dennys Systems plc (a microcomputer systems house) ,with three former ICL colleagues. As Chairman and Managing Director, Keith successfully steered Fletcher Dennys Systems through a Stock Market flotation in 1986 and onto acquisition in 1988.

He has subsequently been involved in the management, acquisition and financing of several established and start-up companies including venture capital funding.

He is currently an executive director of the Business Investment Network Limited, a company formed to identify and assist young fast growing companies with finance and support in Buckinghamshire and Northamptonshire areas.

Keith assumes Chairmanship of RedRock Technologies with immediate effect and can be contacted at the UK HQ.
